In London political artists make a financial building that looks like a giant penis
UK art collective Shift/Delete took it upon themselves to reinterpret the phallic-looking Gherkin building in Londons as a penis, and projected a virtual hand onto the building, like it was masturbating.
This installations is the "Act of Parliament". By using a large-scale projection to project a virtual hand onto the building that houses several financial companies, the artists want to make a giant political statement against government protection of the banking industry.
With this piece , the art group aims to tell the government to "stop strocking the financial industry".
